For our intents and purposes, the bar path on any lift should be straight up and down. Completely vertical. Check out the videos below for a comparison of bar paths and styles.

7 sets of 3 reps where the last 3 sets are with 3RM weight.
Then:
1/2 Cindy with a vest
AMRAP in 10 minutes
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats
Wear a 20# vest.
