		<description>Jenny it definitely is all about your approach.  A positive (or even bad ass) attitude can get you through just about any workout.  I&#039;ve seen you do it time and time again!

Tina, you have a competitive attitude which is fantastic.  You just need to slow down your brain a little girl!  You&#039;re a heck of an athlete and your body will deliver what ever you need it to as long as you keep your mental composure.  How is your shoulder doing?  I hope you are icing it religiously and healing up because that clean is looking beautiful.  Can&#039;t wait to see you healthy and back here again real soon. 

Tami, thanks for reading the post.  You need to just decide right now that you&#039;re gonna push through any pain that Helen might bring.  Even though it hurts, it doesn&#039;t last very long.  And if you can push harder when it hurts it will be even shorter:) That&#039;s the beauty of it!

Matt, you&#039;ve got to try that Football Quarter Gone Bad WOD.  It&#039;s right up your alley.  You&#039;d love it.
